If you live in the area, it is probably your favorite option, but if you are visiting or passing through, stop looking for a place to eat, because it is here. They welcome you with an appetizer of bread and tomato sauce that gives you the opportunity to not rush your decision on the menu. No matter what you order, the quality of the food is excellent, and if you add to that that the portions are very generous for the price you pay, and that the service is warm, it is a great option to come with family, collaborators or friends.

Excellent service and delicious food

The next level, Mexican Cusine! Not too much, not too little. Coming back or odering to go for sure.

The best place to eat, have breakfast along the way, the service is a 10, the food and portions are very good, they make their own bread and everything is fresh, I love this place, for the same reason it is so good there is always a waiting list but it is worth every minute, this place is a 10 in every way

All good! Nothing more to say, I'll definitely be back. Update March 2025: Like all good things, nothing lasts forever... They really fell short with these fruit slices! 5 pieces!!?? Seriously? Disappointment, this time.

An excellent place to enjoy!! Their food is exquisite, the prices and service are super good, they serve very comprehensive and complemented dishes. I highly recommend it and I will return as many times as possible.

In summary, in case you don't know me: La Casa de los Olivos is a place that I would highly recommend. Although the glass of wine did not stand out, the dishes more than made up for the visit, especially the ribeye sandwich. In addition, the service is excellent and the cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect option for a relaxed meal. The House of Olives: A cozy corner with well-prepared food. If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy a good meal in the afternoon, La Casa de los Olivos is an excellent option. With two branches in the same area, I visited the one located on the top floor, which gives it a special touch when you go up the stairs and find a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. What I tried: Meat empanada: Although the flavor was excellent, especially thanks to the chimichurri that gave it an authentic touch, I must mention that the size left me a little dissatisfied. At 44 pesos a piece, I was expecting something bigger. However, the price is still reasonable for a restaurant of this category, although they should warn the customer about the size. Roasted breast: A simple but very well seasoned dish, with spices that highlight the flavor of the chicken. Ideal for those looking for something light but full of flavor. Stewed with vegetables and wine: A dish with a homemade touch, perfect for a comforting meal, although it is not the star of the menu. Ribeye baguette: Without a doubt, my favorite of the afternoon. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, accompanied by fresh ingredients that created an excellent balance of flavors. Highly recommended if you are looking for something more robust. About the drinks: Glass of wine: Although it was not entirely to my liking, it is an acceptable option if you are looking for something light to accompany the meal. On the other hand, soda or lemonade was a better choice to complement the dishes. Attention and environment: The staff is very friendly and attentive, always attentive to the needs of diners, which adds significant value to the experience. In addition, the bread at the entrance, accompanied with a delicious tomato sauce in red wine, is a good differentiating touch that stands out from the beginning of the meal. Prices: The average cost of the dishes is around 200 pesos, well served and with a presentation that meets expectations. The value for money is quite reasonable, especially for people who live or work in the area. It is ideal for those looking for an unpretentious but well-prepared meal after 3 p.m. See you on the next gastronomic route!
